摘要
以某多金属矿尾矿废水为试验对象,根据废水特征进行了脱稳效果比较,分别选用不同的絮凝剂进行了混凝试验。实验结果表明,选用石灰作为脱稳剂,加入石灰量使废水pH值达到11.5时,脱稳沉淀效果最好。选用阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂,在pH值为8—9时,投加量为2mg/L,经处理的废水达到国家排放标准。
A multi-metal mine wastewater was investigated, and according its characteristics, some flocculants were introduced for coagulation tests and the destabilization effect was compared and evaluated. The results show that, taking lime as the destabilization reagent, the best destabilization effect can be achieved when the pH value of wastewater reached 11.5 along with the increase of lime dosage. Using cationic polyacrylamide (2 mg/L) as flocculant while the pH value was regulated within the range of 8 to 9, the treated wastewater can meet the national discharge standard.
