摘要
为减少常规浸酸工序中的盐污染,采用单因素试验方法,研究用明矾进行山羊皮不浸酸铝铬结合鞣并取消浸酸工序的可行性,结果表明:5%明矾和5%BCS可使鞣制废液中的BOD5、COD分别减少55%和63%,完全削减了Cl-的使用,大大节省了铬用量,铬吸收率更高达91%。成革的强度并无变化,但粒面紧实性与染色性能得到了很好的改善。
In order to obtain the salinity reduction in conventional pickling process, the application feasibility of potash alum in the combined Cr-Al tannage of goatskin but without any pickling treatment was investigated with the help of the single factor experimentation. Results show that BOD5 and COD in tanning effluents are respectively reduced by 55% and 63%, and chloride is not applied when 5% potash alum and 5% BCS are used. The added quantity of chrome is lowed and the absorption of chrome reached to 91%. No changes in the leather strength can be found but with good improvements in the grain fineness and dyeing properties.
