定量组织速度成像技术对冠心病室壁运动异常诊断的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的采用定量组织成像(QTVI)技术分析室壁的运动速度指标,评价其在冠心病诊断中的应用。方法研究对象为冠状动脉造影(CAG)患者80例,按CAG结果分为无狭窄组(正常人组)、单支狭窄组、多支狭窄组,比较侧壁、室间隔、下壁、前壁的基底部及中间部8个点的Vs、Ve、Va峰值速度,并对三组进行显著性检验。结果单支狭窄组与无狭窄组病人的Vs、Ve峰值速度之间无显著差异,多支狭窄组各组值均较低且有显著差异(P<0.05),而Va的峰值速度在三组间无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论QTVI技术能准确测定心肌局部运动速度,对无创诊断冠心病具有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective To appraise tile applying of QTVI to diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD) by analyzing the index of movement velocity of ventricle myocardium. Methods In this study we research on 80 patients with coronary arteriography (CAG) and were divided into health adult group, single vessel involved group, multiple vessel involved group. According to the CAG results, compared 8 point of the Vs Ve Va peak velocities of the basilar part and the middle section of lateral wall,ventricular septum, inferior wall, anterior wall and carried out significance test among the three groups. Results the peak velocities of Vs, Ve in health adult group and single vessel involved group had no significant difference and multiple vessel involved group had signifieantly reduced( P 〈 0.05). But the peak velocities of Va have no significant difference (P〉 0.05). Conclusion QTVI technology can precisely deter- mine the part movment velocity of mvocardium accuradv. It is valuable to clinical annlication on non-invasive diagnosis of CHD.
