摘要 介绍了一种采用PWM调制芯片、放大器、比较器、分立元件及硬件逻辑门芯片组成的直流电动舵机伺服作动器,并给出了系统控制策略、传递函数和硬件实现电路。伺服系统采用位置-速度-电流三环串级控制方案,控制电路简单、可靠。实验证明,该作动器结构紧凑、性能较高,且运行稳定,达到直流电动舵机的高频响要求。 A DC servo actuator of electric steering engine was introduced in this paper,and the actuator was composed of PWM modulating chipsets, amplifiers,comparators, discrete components and logic chipsets hardware. The system control strategy,transfer function and hardware realizing circuits were also presented in the paper. Three loops (position- speed -current) in series control method were adopted and the control circuit was simple and reliable. Through experiments it can be proved the actuator is compact in structure, reliable when operating and of high performance,it can also reach the high - fre- quency response demands of DC electric steering engine.
