摘要
介绍50 t转炉炉容比改善的设计改造,炉容比得到改善,优化了转炉炉容比,炼钢产量得到大幅度提高,炉龄得到延长,降低炼钢成本,降低钢铁消耗,降低了吹损率,冶炼周期缩短,提高钢水质量,更好地发挥连铸机生产能力,减小了炉壳变形量,倾动系统利旧,托圈和耳轴强度设计能力满足生产要求。
The designing reconstruction of the improving volume ratio of the 50t converter is introduced. Improving the volume ratio of converter, optimizing the volume ratio of converter, greater increasing steel-making output,prolonging the life of converter, the cost of steel making, steel consumption and loss puff ratio of oxygen is depressed. Shortening smelt periods, improving the quality of steel, greater exerting the capacity of casting machine, decreasing the deformation for converter shell, utilizing the original driving system, and the design of the strength of the bracket ring and trunnion can meet the production request.
