摘要
政府绩效评估已经成为公共行政研究领域的一个重要问题,文章关于政府绩效评估的讨论主要从政府绩效评估的内涵入手,对政府绩效评估的价值取向发生的扭曲做了概述,并在此基础上,寻求一种全面合理的政府绩效评估价值理念体系。
Government performance evaluation has become an important area of public administration research. The discussion of this paper on the government＇s performance evaluation main starts from the content of the performance evaluation. At first, this paper summarizes the distorted value orientation of the government＇s performance evaluation, on this basis, makes a number of propositions, seeks a reasonable comprehensive performance values system of the government performance evaluation
