摘要
选择2003~2004年进口的4个大菱鲆不同进口群体(英国、法国1、法国2、法国3),测定了其全长、体长、头长、吻长、体高、尾柄高和尾柄长等7项形态性状。采用聚类、主成分分析和判别分析3种多元分析方法,对大菱鲆的6项比例形态性状参数进行比较研究。聚类分析与主成分分析结果均表明,法国,和法国。群体间形态最接近,而与英国群体、法国。群体的趋异程度较大。主成分分析构建了两个主成分,其贡献率:主成分1为61.069%,主成分2为34.343%,累计贡献率为95.412%。以判别分析建立了4个群体的判别函数,判别准确率分别为46.7%~80.0%(P1)和51.7%~77.4%(P2),综合判别率为62.5%。3种多元分析结果表明,4个大菱鲆群体在形态上已经产生一定程度的差异,且集中表现在全长、体长、头长、吻长和尾柄长这5个形态性状指标上。
Four stocks of turbot Scophthalmus maximus, imported during 2003 and 2004, were collected from Laizhou, Ganyu, Changyi and Jiaonan city. The total length, body length, head length, snout length, body height, caudal peduncle length, caudal peduncle height were measured. Based on six morphological proportional traits of S. maximus, three multivariation analysis methods, including cluster analysis, prinpical component analysis and discriminant analysis were adopted to comparatively investigate the morphological variation. The results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis indicated that morphological traits were similar between the two French stocks, but quite different from that of the British and another French stocks. In the principal component analysis, two principal components were constructed, and contributory ratio was 61. 069% for the first principal component and 34. 343% for the second principal component, and the cumulative contributory ratio was 95. 412%. The discriminant functions of four stocks were established, and the discriminant accuracy was 46.7%-80.0% (P1) and 51.7%-77.4%(P2). The total discriminant accuracy was 62.5%. All results indicated that there were some morphological differences among the four stocks and the indicator of morphological traits were total length, body length, head length, snout length and caudal peduncle length.
