基坑施工对盾构隧道变形影响的实测研究 被引量:74

STUDY ON SHIELD TUNNEL DEFORMATION DUE TO FOUNDATION PIT CONSTRUCTION

摘要 利用广州地铁一号线黄沙—长寿路站区间隧道变形监测数据,从隧道各测点与隧道中心绝对位移、道床绝对位移、道床与隧道中心相对位移、各测点与隧道中心相对位移、隧道收敛以及隧道变形曲率半径出发,详细研究了地铁上盖物业建筑群基坑施工对区间隧道的变形影响,解析了诱发道床开裂和水沟翻浆冒泥病害的原因。研究结果表明:(1)上行线隧道已朝西北角基坑发生侧向移动,隧道处于不利的扭转受力状态,下行线隧道水平方向变形则呈现明显的腰鼓形态;(2)上、下行线隧道沉降主要集中在离车站北端0~70m区段,沉降曲线均呈现明显的勺子形状,且下行线隧道沉降量明显大于上行线;(3)道床最大沉降量在地铁正常运营控制范围内,但道床与隧道底部间存在一定程度的脱空,导致道床开裂和水沟翻浆冒泥;(4)隧道纵向沉降最小曲率半径为19500m,按等效轴向刚度模型计算,其对应的管片环环缝最大接头张开增量为0.33mm。 Based. on the field displacement data of the shield tunnel and the roadbed between Huangsha and Changshou road metro station in Guangzhou metro line No.1, the deformation rules of the shield tunnel due to those adjacent foundation pits construction are studied from those aspects such as the monitoring points' absolute displacements, the relative displacements between the road bed and the tunnel center, the tunnel structure' convergences, and the tunnel longitudinal deformation curvature radius. The induced causes for the roadbed cracking and the ditch mud pumping are correspondingly explained. The results indicate that: (1) the upstream line has been moved toward the northwestern foundation pit, and the structure is in the adverse torsion state, whereas the horizontal deformation mode of the downstream line seems like the drum shape; (2) the main settlement zones of the upstream and downstream lines are both at 0 to 70 m form the station northern section, and the settlement curves seem like the scoop shape, but the downstream line settlements are lager than those of the upstream lines; (3) the maximal roadbed settlement is under the metro normal working controlled value, but there is some hollowness existing in the spaces between the bed and the tunnel structure bottom, which induces the bed cracking and the ditch mud pumping; and (4) the minimal curvature radius induced by the longitudinal settlement is about 19 500m according to the equivalent radial rigidness computing model, and its corresponding shield segment loop joint incremental opening is 0.33mm.
