摘要
随着总装备部的成立，在军事领域出现了一个新的词语“装备战备”。关于装备战备的界定，目前军事学术界还没有一个统一的认识。从分析“战备”等相关概念入手，运用形式逻辑的相关知识，参考以往研究成果，结合我军装备工作实际，对“装备战备”进行了重新界定。
A new term ‘equipment readiness＇ appears along with the foundation of the Chief E- quipment Ministry. However, the term has never been uniform defined yet in academy. Starting with the concepts like war readiness and others, considering the reality of People＇s Liberation Army, and consulting former research. Author redefines the concept of ‘equipment readiness＇ from the perspective of formal logic.
