摘要
选取水化能生成胶凝性水化物、膨胀性水化物或碱性物质的工业废渣作为固化剂组分,按照固化土结构模型调整固化土中工业废渣配比,对比工业废渣固化土与水泥固化土抗压强度,考察用工业废渣配制软土固化剂的技术优势。试验结果表明:与水泥相比,用工业废渣作为固化剂组分可提高固化土碱度,生成膨胀性水化物,调整固化土中胶凝性水化物与膨胀性水化物生成速率,并且工业废渣固化土抗压强度显著高于水泥固化土。
The soil samples are stabilized by harden agent prepared mainly with industrial waste residue which can produce cementitious hydrates, expansible hydrates or alkalinity designed according to a new model of structural formation of stabilized soil, contrasting the strength of the stabilized soil with one of cement-stabilized soil, The experiment results prove that using the industrial waste residue as the component of harden agent can change the properties of the hydrate-stabilized soil, and get higher compressive strength than cement.
