摘要
根据建筑院校法学专业的特点,结合合同管理课程的教学实践,明确了课程改革的指导思想,提出多种有效可行的教学方式,探讨教学方案的实施模式,在课程教学中,努力突出建筑院校法学专业的特色,注重工程实践,剖析法律特征,提高学生的综合应用能力。
With the course teaching practice of contract management in jurisprudence, this paper analyzes the guiding ideology of the course reformation,provides a variety of effective and workable mode of education, and researches and discusses the implementation of educational plan. ,So in this course of contract management, we try our best to highlight the characteristics of jurisprudence in construction institutions and improve students＇ comprehensive competitive strength ,by paying much attention to engineering practice and analyzing the legal characteristics.
