摘要
在数据分析的基础上,对长江三角洲、珠江三角洲及环渤海湾地区三大城市群的物流人才结构进行比较分析,结合三大城市群的经济发展现状,得到这三大城市群的物流人才结构层次、物流人才高地结构的比较分析结果,并结合物流人才的供需现状,分析了三大城市群构建协同、有序和错位发展的物流人才培养环境的策略。
Based on data analysis, the logistics talent structure of Chinese three large city clusters in Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Circum-Bohai-Bay is comparatively analyzed. The analytical results about the level of logistics talent structure and the talent height structure of three clusters are provided. The tactics of cultivating logistics talents are discussed based on the current situation of logistics talent supply and demand.
