烧伤血清成份对培养心肌细胞L─型钙离子通道活动的影响

摘要 本文研究了烧伤后6h血清及其不同成分对培养心肌细胞L-型钙离子通道活动的影响,结果表明:烧伤血清可使钙离子通道的开放活动加强:(1)增加开放概率;(2)延长开放时间;(3)缩短关闭时间;(4)增加通道电流。其中,以血清小分子与血清脂质的作用为主。而且,伤后血清脂质的作用可被加入SOD所抑制,提示烧伤血清脂质对培养心肌钙离子通道的影响与氧自由基反应有关。 The effects of different serum components from one who had burn injury 6 h before on L - type calcium channel in cultured myocardial cells were studied. The results revealed that the serums from burn injury enhanced the open action of L- type calcium channel of cultured myocardial cells, includings (1 ) Increase open - state probability, (2) Prolonging open time, (3) Shortening close time, (4) Enhancing current amplitude. The low molecule (<8kD) fraction and lipid components were the major effective factors. The effect of serum lipids from injury group could be depressed by SOD, suggested that there were free radical reactions involved in serum lipids effection of calcium channel.
