摘要
针对目前资源评价中指标单一、计算过程复杂等问题,基于层次分析法并利用JSP、VB语言设计出一套资源评价系统。实验表明,该系统能依据所设置的指标快速、准确地对资源进行综合评价,并支持管理人员对各项指标、参数进行随时修改,具有一定的灵活性。
Concerning on the unitary index and complicated calculation process in library resource estimate and making use of JSP, VB, the authors design a set of resource evaluating system based on Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）. The experiment indicates that it can evaluate the resource fleetly and accurately by interposed index, support the changes of index and parameter and have certain flexibility.
