摘要
目的:研究双籽藤黄Garcinia tetralata茎皮的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、ODS柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从双籽藤黄95%乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取层中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为1,7-二羟基[口山]酮(1),buchanaxanthone(2),garciniaxanthone H(3),1,2,5.-三羟基[口山]酮(4),subelliptenone H(5),6-deoxyisojacreubin(6),6-deoxyjacreubin(7),subelliptenone G(8),苔色酸甲酯(9)和β-谷甾醇(10)。结论:化合物1~10均为首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物9为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the barks of Garcinia tetralata. Method: Compounds were isolated and purified repeatedly by silica gel and ODS column chromatography and their chemical structures were elucidated by their physieoehemical properties and spectral data analysis. Result: Ten compounds were obtained and identified as 1, 7-dlhydroxyxanthone (1), buchanaxanthone (2), garciniaxanthone H (3), 1, 2, 5-trihydroxyxanthone (4), subelliptenone H (5), 6-desoxyjaeareubin (6), 6-deoxyisojaereubin (7), subelliptenone G (8), methyl orsellinate (9) and β-sitosterol (10). Conclusion: Compounds 1-10 were isolated from this plant and compound 9 was obtained from the genus Garcinia for the first time.
