摘要
目的了解电话随访对持续不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)患者门诊复查治疗依从性的影响,从而提高患者腹膜透析治疗的依从性。方法对本院腹透中心68例CAPD患者实施半年电话随访。结果门诊复查率在电话随访前后分别为66.17%与97.06%,两组比较,x2=12.04,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论加强电话随访可提高CAPD患者门诊复查率,从而提高患者腹膜透析治疗的依从性。
Objective To understand the effect of follow-up call on out-patient treatment compliance in patients who received continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD), thereby enhancing the treatment of peritoneal dialysis patients' compliance. Method A total of 68 hospital CAPD patients in our peritoneal dialysis centre received follow-up call for six months. Result The out-patient follow-up recheck rate before and after follow-up call were 66.17% and 97.06%, respectively, and the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Follow-up call to CAPD patients can improve the out-patient review rate, thereby improving the treatment of peritoneal dialysis patients' compliance.
