摘要
目的了解护患之间对好护士人格特质的认知差异,找出改进临床护理管理的方法,为提高患者的满意度,改善护患关系提供理论依据。方法采用随机抽样法于2007年10月在珠海某三甲医院抽取94例住院患者(患者组),采用方便抽样法抽取95名护士(护士组),应用大五因子形容词量表进行问卷调查,比较护患之间对好护士人格特质的认知差异。结果两组在对好护士的最重要人格特质的认知排名前10位中有8项一致;50个项目中有22项存在组间差异;在不同年龄段的患者中显示5项有统计学差异。结论护患之间对于好护士的人格特质的认知有很多相同之处,但也存在一些不同的观点;好护士在人格特质方面要求护士不仅要有熟练的专业技能,还要有良好的心理素质和沟通技巧,并在面对不同年龄段的患者时要有所区别。
Objective To examine differences in cognitions of nurses’ personalities and characteristics between nurses and patients, so as to improve management of nursing and provide clues for satisfying patients and establishing better relationship between nurses and patients. Methods Ninety-four inpatients and 95 nurses were randomly selected in a hospital of Zhuhai in October 2007. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed by Х^2 test with SPSS 13.0 software. Results Among the 10 items which were thought to be the most important personalities and characteristics for excellent nurses, 8 of them were the same between patients and nurses. There were significantly statistical differences in 22 out of 50 items between patients and nurses. Five characteristics were significantly different between patients with different ages. Conclusions Nurses and patients shared opinions on most personalities and characteristics for excellent nurses. There were also some different views, offering clues for improving nursing services.
