摘要
目的观察通心络胶囊联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法88例类风湿性关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组予萘普生、泼尼松、甲氨蝶呤、硫酸羟氯喹,以及对症治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊每次4粒,2次/d。疗程半年。结果除治疗组1例未坚持治疗外,治疗半年后,两组其余病人的关节疼痛、肿胀、压痛、关节活动度、晨僵时间,均有明显的改善。治疗组总有效率95.4%,疗效明显优于对照组(88.6%),且副作用轻微。结论通心络胶囊联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎,效果显著,安全性较好。
Objective To observe the effects of Tongxinluo capsules on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total ot 88 patient with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into two groups at random, i.e. trial group and control group. The patients in the control group were given naproxen, prednisone, methotrexate, hydroxychloroquine sulfate and expectant treatment; those in the trial group were additionally given Tongxinluo capsules （4 capsules, twice per day）. The course of treatment lasted for half a year. Results After the treatment of half a year, there were obvious improvements in joint ache, swelling, tenderness, joint movable degree and morning rigidity. The total effective rate of the trial group was 95.4% , significantly higher than that （ 88.6% ） of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is indicated that Tongxinluo capsules plus Western medicine has a significant therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis.
