摘要
建立了房地产投资风险层次结构模型,应用模糊三角数和层次分析方法相结合的多层次综合评价法,对具体的房地产投资案例进行了风险评价,确定了各风险因素对房地产投资项目整体的影响程度.
Hiberarchy model of real estate investment risk is established. Through using triangular fuzzy numbers and analytic hierarchy process, we have evaluated the risk of real estate, and identified the risk factors for the overall impact on real estate investment project.
