摘要 一、颌下腺分泌因子与激素关系 颌下腺(submandibular gland,SMG)是哺乳动物三大唾液腺之一,位于颌下左右对称的一对卵圆形唾液腺,70%的唾液是由颌下腺分泌,是所有涎腺中分泌量最大的腺体。组织学光镜下观察,颌下腺实质由分泌部和导管组成。分泌部分以浆液性腺泡为主,少数为混合性腺泡或黏液性腺泡。
