摘要
文章介绍了稀土铝合金及其涂层的研究情况。研究表明,在铝中添加稀土元素,能显著细化合金的晶粒,提高了材料的强度、加工性能及耐蚀性能。在湿H_2S饱和溶液和3%(质量分数)NaCl溶液浸泡试验条件下,稀土铝合金耐蚀性能良好,且优于纯铝;超音速电弧喷涂稀土铝合金涂层的孔隙率较火焰涂层降低了1/3~1/2,涂层致密,光洁平整,保证了其使用性能。
The research activities of rare earth -Al alloy and its coating are introduced. The research showed that the addition of rare earth element in aluminum can significantly reduce the grain sizes and improve the strength of material, machinability and corrosion resistance. In the test with H2S saturated liquid and 3 m% NaCI solution, the rare earth-Al alloy exhibited good resistance performance, which is superior over that of Al. The porosity of rare earth - Al alloy coating of super-sonic arch spray is reduced by 1/3-1/2 as compared with flame coating. The coating is compact, flat and smooth and is excellent in working performance.
