摘要
以轻烧白云石为研究对象,探讨了其配加量对济钢烧结矿产质量的影响。结果表明:随着配加量的增加,烧结利用系数降低,烧结矿转鼓强度和FeO降低,生产成本增加。以满足济钢350m^3高炉目前的冶炼需求看,保持烧结矿MgO2.3%、FeO8.3%为宜,但熔剂质量的改进或者熔剂结构改变的工作迫在眉睫。
Have taken the light-burned dolomite as object of study , have discussed the effect of adding amounts on productivity and quality of Jigang sinters. Result is indicated, with matching increasing by adding amounts , the utilization factor and the tumbler index and FeO lessening, and the cost of production increasing. Taking as an example be satisfied with Jigang 350 m^3 blast furnaces at present smelt need, keep the sinters' content MgO 2.3%, FeO 8.3 % is suitable, but the job of flux quality improvement or the structural optimization is extremely urgent.
