摘要
通过Tyndal效应、电镜观察和超过滤实验,发现FeCl3Al(iBu)3Phen催化剂在溶有丁二烯的加氢汽油介质中为胶体分散系,活性中心位于胶体催化剂的胶粒表面.催化剂各组分间的配比影响着胶粒形态,以较佳配比所得到的催化剂颗粒较小,分布均匀。
Using Tyndall effect, TEM, SEM and ultrafiltration experiments, it is found that the FeCl 3 Al( i Bu) 3 Phen catalyst is a colloidal disperse system in butadiene(Bd) hydrogasoline solution. The active centers for Bd polymerization are located on the surface of colloidal particles of the catalyst. The particle shape is affected by the ratio of catalyst components. The catalyst prepared with the ratio of n (FeCl 3)∶ n (Phen)∶ n (Al( i Bu) 3)=1∶1 67∶66 7 gives particles in smaller size and with uniform distribution, and has the highest catalytic activity for Bd polymerization.
