摘要
目的:总结鼻唇沟复合组织瓣修复全下唇组织缺损的临床效果。方法:对21例全下唇组织缺损患者利用双侧鼻唇沟复合组织瓣或辅以上唇转移瓣整复。结果:21例患者采用鼻唇沟复合组织瓣进行修复,组织瓣全部成活,随访8个月～3年以上,无术后并发症及肿瘤的复发,唇部外形和功能恢复正常。结论:双侧鼻唇沟复合组织瓣是全下唇组织缺损修复的理想方法。
Objective： To sum up clinical application of 21 cases of whole lip defect directly repaired. Methods ： The lower lips ot 21 patients with lower lip cancer were reconstructed immediately with double naso-labial composite tissue flap or subsidiary upper lips rotary flaps after the whole lower lip excision. Results： Follow up from eight months to three years, all of the 21 rotary flaps survived healthfully and the lips shapes as well as their functions recuperated. Neither postoperation complication nor tumor relapse had been found. Conclusion：Reconstruction of whole lower lip with naso-labial composite tissue flap on both sides or subsidiarv uooer lip rotary fiap should be a satisfied method.
