摘要
廉价政府是法治政府的基本价值目标,也是世界各国政府改革的重要价值取向。廉价政府有着丰富的理论渊源,在我国具有重大的现实意义。在建立廉价政府方面,西方国家给我们提供了宝贵的经验。建设廉价政府,要注意抓住时机改革,大胆进行试验,倡扬依法行政,真正精兵简政,学习企业精神,借鉴别国经验。
Low-cost Government shall be the basic value target of a law-ruled government, and it is the important value orientation for the government reform of countries worldwide as well. Cheap Government holds abundant theoretical sources and profound connotation, which would be of magnif- icent realistic meaning for our country. Western countries offer us valuable experience on establis- hing Low-cost Government. Building Low-cost Government need us to seize every opportunities to reform, to test with courage, to promote administration by law, to implement ＂better troops and simpler administration＂, to learn from enterprise spirits and to use foreign countries＇ experience for reference.
