摘要
天然沸石经1 mol/L盐酸浸泡后又经20%硫酸镁浸泡2 d改性后除氟能力有较大提高.在此基础上研究了不同条件下改性沸石的除氟效果.随着接触时间的延长,沸石的除氟效果增强,但在40 min以后增加缓慢,其吸附速度符合斑厄姆公式;随着原水质量浓度的增大,吸附容量也逐渐增大,吸附等温线可用Freundlich等温式描述.在动态试验中,改性沸石表现出了良好的除氟性能,其中,滤层的高度对吸附容量影响较大,随着滤层高度的增加,合格的出水体积也增加.改性沸石经再生后反复使用10次仍有较强的除氟能力.
Natural zeolite which is modified by being soaked in hydrochloric acid of 1 mol/L concentration and then being soaked in magnesium sulfate of 20% concentration for 2 days could effectively remove fluoride from water. Based on these, the defluoridation capacity is studied under different conditions. Larger defluoridation is obtained with the longer contact time, but it increased slowly after 40 minutes contact. The adsorption speed fit the Banerm equation. The fluoride -adsorption capacity also increased with the increasing concentration of original solution. It could be described by Freundlieh isotherm. In dynamic experiment, good adsorption capacity is obtained. The results show that the height of the filter layer had a great influence on the adsorption capacity. The amount of eligible effluent is larger with the increasing height of the filter layer. Fine defluoridation capacity is obtained after 10 times of regenerating.
