分析了科技内刊的形成基础、内容特色和功能特点,结合昆钢科技图书馆内刊管理利用的现状,探讨了开发利用科技内刊信息资源的有效途径。
This paper analyzes the formation foundation, content features and functional characteristics of sci-tech periodicals, and connecting with the present situation of management and utilization of KISC （Kunming Iron ＆ Steel Complex） Sci-tech Library＇s restricted periodicals, probes into the effective ways for the development and utilization of restricted sci-tech periodicals.
