摘要
目的探讨强脉冲光子脱毛的疗效与治疗次数和能量之间的关系。方法用强脉冲光子对3种类型皮肤共156例患者进行脱毛治疗。结果Ⅲ型皮肤组脱毛有效率为98.9%,IV型皮肤为95.8%,V型皮肤为86.6%。疗效与治疗次数密切相关;各部位治疗次数及能量均不同。结论强脉冲光子脱毛疗效显著,方便快捷,副反应小。
Objective To discuss the effect of hair removal by intense pulsed light（IPL） and analyze the mutual relations among the curative effect, treatment times and energy. Methods Using IPL to treat three kinds of 156 patients. Results The effective rate Of Ⅲ kind treating group was 98.9% , and that Ⅳ kind was 95.8% , and that V kind was 86.6% , which showed curative effect mignt be related to treatment times, and treatment times and energies applied in each position were both different. Conclusion The curative effect of treating group is significant,IPL is convenient and less side effect.
