摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定亚甲基蓝原料药的有关物质。方法:采用依利特C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.34%磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH至3.0)-乙腈(77:23),流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为246 nm。结果:有关物质与主药有较好的分离效果。结论:该方法简便灵敏、结果准确,可用于亚甲基蓝原料药的质量控制。
Objective :To establish an HPLC method for the determination of related substances of methylene bLue. Method:Elite C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase consisted of 0. 34% phosphoric acid ( adjusted to pH 3.0 with triethylamine) - acetonitrile ( 77 : 23 ), and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^ - 1. The detection wavelength was 246 nm. Result:Related substances and methylene blue could be separated well. Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for quality control of methylene blue.
