摘要
目的探讨Shields的Coats病分期的临床意义及该分期与激光治疗时机选择之间的关系。方法依据Shields所述分期标准，将211只Coats病患眼分为5期。其中153只眼接受了光凝治疗，对比分析光凝前后的临床资料，评价光凝效果。结果211只患眼中，1期5只眼，占2．4％；2期163只眼，占77．2％；3期以上43只眼，占20．4％。在光凝治疗的153只眼中，显效44只眼，占28．8％；有效86只眼，占56．2％；无效23只眼，占15．0％。结论Shields的Coats病分期反映了病变过程及严罩程度，有利于指导临床治疗。
Objective To analyse the clinical value of Shields＇s classification and the relationship between the classification and laser treatment of Coats disease.Methods 211 eyes of Coats disease were classified into 5 stages according to Shields＇s literature.153 eyes were managed with laser photocoagulation and photocoagulation effect was evaluated.Results Of the 211 eyes, there were 5 eyes（2.4%） in stage 1,163 （77.2%）eyes in stage 2 and 43 （20.4%）eyes in stage 3.Of the 153 eyes with laser photocoagulation, improvement and stability were 44 （28.8%） and 86 （56.2%） respectively,aggravation was 23 （15%）. Conclusions Shields＇s Classification is to show the development and degree of Coats disease and help to guide the treatment.
