人脑星形细胞瘤中GFAP表达的免疫组化研究 被引量:2

摘要 应用抗GFAP多抗对42例人脑星形细胞瘤标本进行免疫组化研究。结果表明,阳性反应信号位于胞浆;阳性反应细胞密度和反应强度随肿瘤恶性程度的升高而下降,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级与Ⅲ一Ⅳ级肿瘤标本平阳性细胞密度有显著差异(P<0.05)。 GFAP is an intermediate filamenlous prolein and is a exclusive part of the cytoskeleton of the astrocyte. It relates to the development and differentiation of the astrocyte and gliosis. We studied 42 cases of human astrocytomas (12 cases in gradel,7 cases in grade 2 and 23 cases in grade 3 - 4) with polyclonal GFAP antibody by immunohistochemical method. The results revealed that positive signals located in the cytoplasm; grade 1,2 and grade 3 - 4 demonstrated that the positive cell density was 21 .3 %, 21. 6% and 9. 8% respectively; with increasing astrocylic malignancy, there was a decrease of posilive cell density and intensity; grade 1 and grade 2 astrocytomas had more positive CFAP stained tumor cells than grade 3 - 4 had(p < 0 .05 ).
