摘要 本文综述了国外喷墨打印技术和喷墨打印墨水的概况。重点介绍了喷墨打印,墨水配制时的几个关键因素:着色剂,打印介体,耐光稳定性、pH值、气体退色、染料聚焦等。阐述了当前喷墨墨水所用的染料:黄色染料、品红染料(包括品红金属络合染料、镍一络合染料、多环染料、杂环染料等)、氰染料、黑色染料、硫化染料、阳离子染料、聚合物染料和纺织品的喷墨打印、喷墨打印墨水的超细粉碎。 While summarizing the ink-jet printing technology and printing ink both from home and abroad, this article emphasizes some key elements in printing and ink-making, including, colorants, media of printing, stability of light resistance, ph value, color-fading of gases, dyes aggregation. The passage also discusses dyes which we currently use in making printing ink: yellow dyes, magenta dyes(magenta metal complex dyes, nickel complex dyes, polycyclic dyes, heterocyclic dyes), cyanogen dyes, black dyes, sulphuric dyes, cationic dyes, polymer dyes and ultrafine crushing for printing ink used in textile.
