摘要
在开发的基于PLC的船舶电站模拟器中,用32个LED来模拟主配电板并车屏上的同步表。由于LED数目多,占用PLC输出点数多,成本高。为了降低成本,设计了一种译码输出电路,在PLC输出端与同步表LED之间增加少量的硬件电子电路,配合软件编程,仅用PLC的6个输出点就可控制同步表的32个LED。
32 LEDs are used to simulate the synchroscope on synchro panel of main switchboard in ship power station simulator which is developed based on PLC. It is high cost because of occupying too many output points by LED. In order to reduce the cost, a decoding output circuit is designed. We can use only 6 output points of PLC to control 32 LED of synchroscope by increasing a few electronic circuits between outputs of PLC and LED and combined with programming.
