摘要
目的探讨HCMV感染与1型糖尿病的相关性。方法利用ELISA技术检测血清抗HCMV-IgG、抗HCMV-IgM,并计算抗HCMV-IgG的抗体指数;用酶免疫组化技术检测HCMV病毒复制标志物HCMV-pp65表达水平。结果1型糖尿病患者抗HCMV-IgM、HCMV-pp65的检出率分别为31.7%、46.5%,均显著高于对照组(χ2=14.691,P<0.05;χ2=24.810,P<0.05)。同时HCMV-pp65的检出率显著高于抗HCMV-IgM(χ2=4.677,P=0.03)。≤10岁及11~20岁年龄组抗HCMV-IgM及HCMV-pp65阳性率高于其它各年龄组(P<0.05);21~30岁年龄组,HCMV-pp65的检出率高于抗HCMV-IgM(χ2=4.600,P=0.032)。各年龄组抗HCMV-IgG检出率与对照组无显著差异(χ2=3.267,P=0.07),但抗HCMV-IgG抗体指数显著高于对照组(t=2.601,P=0.01)。结论HCMV感染与1型糖尿病发病密切相关。
Objective To explore the correlation of HCMV infection and type 1 diabetes. Methods The detection of HCMV IgG, HCMV- IgM, and HCMV- pp65 was carried out by means of ELISA and immunohistochemistry, and HCMV - IgG antibody index was calculated. Results The positive rates of HCMV - IgM and HCMV pp65 were 31.7 % and 46.5 % respectively, which were significantly higher than those of control group (X= = 14. 691, P〈 0.05 ; χ^2 = 24. 810, P〈 0.05). Moreover, the positive rate of HCMV pp65 was significantly higher than that of HCMV IgM (χ^2 = 4.677,P 0.03). In addition, the positive rates of HCMV- IgM and HCMV pp65 in type 1 diabetes patients aged below twenty years were significantly higher than those of the other age groups. And the positive rate of HCMV- pp65 was significantly higher than that of HCMV IgM in patients aged between 21 and 30 years (χ^2 =4.600,P=0.032). There was no significant difference in positive rate of HCMV-IgG between type 1 diabetes and control group, but the HCMV IgG antibody index in type 1 diabetes was significantly higher than that in control group (t = 2. 601, P = 0.01 ). Conclusions HCMV infection is associated witti the pathogenesis of type 1 diabetes.
