摘要
对工业设备的故障特点及共同特征进行了剖析和概括,介绍了目前常用于故障信号检测的方法,在故障识别过程中对故障识别的内容、过程及方法进行了探讨,为了预估设备的剩余寿命和故障发生的时间、部位及严重程度,利用灰色预测方法对设备运行状况进行预测,为维修决策提供依据。
Mechanical equipment faults and their common characteristics are outlined. Common fault signal detecting methods are presented. Fault identifying contents, processes and methods are discussed. Grey predicting technology is used to predict equipment remaining life, fault occurrence time, fault position and fault severity. It provides a basis for maintenance policies.
