摘要
湖南镇水电站扩容后,优选闸门开启组合及评估新水力边界条件下局部冲刷对电站枢纽安全的影响,是电站运行面临的新课题。本文以水工模型试验为手段观测了不同的闸门开启组合下的水舌扩散状态及其对下游电站的影响、泄洪对工程扩建前后下游河道的冲刷状况,以此制定了最优的闸门开启组合、对扩建后大坝受冲刷影响的安全性进行评估,并提出了工程保护措施。这些成果为水电站安全运行提供了科学依据。
After the extension of Hunanzhen hydropower station, the different combinations of gate opening and evaluation of the local washing influence on the security of the station under the new waterpower boundary condition are the new problems for station running. In this paper, by the hydraulic model tests, the dispersion state of flow and the influence an downriver stations are investigated, the influences of flood on bank before and after the extension of project are studied. The optimal combinatijons of gates opening and the security of station after extension are evaluated and some project protection measures are presented.
