摘要
目的:观察人蛲虫雌成虫子宫内卵的立体形态与前人报道有何不同。方法:在解剖镜下解剖20余人蛲虫雌成虫的全副完整子宫后,用光镜和电镜观察卵的立体形态。结果:雌成虫子宫除卵巢区外.其余全副子宫内充满了发育基本同步、卵壳发育完好的卵。药物驱出的雌成虫卵内含1~3个细胞,个别为多细胞期;肛门口获得的成虫其子宫内的卵为多细胞期。结论:人蛲史雌成虫子宫内卵是一次同步发育的;解剖出的印发育至成熟期,其立体形态均为不完全对称的长棉球体形,卵表结构与自然产出的卵无异。
Objective:To observe the similarities and differences of development and steromorphology of the eggs of E. vermicularis between the observation in this paper and previous reported references.Methods:Twenty gravid females of E. vermicularis were collected at night from the anal region of infect-ed children or antihelminthic. The reproductive systems were detached under dissecting microscope,and eggs were observed in the unsevered unterus under miscroscope and electromicroscope again. ResuIts:The uteri are full of eggs except the ovarian region. The development of the eggs is basically syn-chronous,with one to three cells when laid. The eggs in the uterus are all deposited at one time in nor-mal saline(or water). Conclusion:The steromorphology of eggs within the uteri is as the same as those spontaneously deposited eggs collected in the anal region of infected children.
