摘要
通过对HELLP综合征临床资料的回顾和分析,明确了其病理和生理变化,实验室检查对本病的诊断、鉴别诊断、疗效观察和预后监测具有重要的临床价值。动态监测对HELLP综合征的早发现和疗效判断及合并症的密切观察至关重要。
The pathological and physiological changes have been clarified by inspecting and analy- zing the clinical data of HELLP syndrome. Lab testing is of important clinical value to the diagnosing, differentiating, therapy-observing and prognostic inspecting of the disease. Dynamic inspecting is of crucial to the early discovery, therapy-judging and close observing of HELLP syndrome.
