摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是老年人常见的一种神经系统退行性疾病,其病理特征表现为神经细胞内出现神经纤维缠结以及细胞外存在神经斑。β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)沉积所引起的慢性炎症被认为是AD发病的重要因素之一,因此,与Aβ相关的慢性炎症的研究成为目前AD治疗的研究热点。本文就近年来在AD的发病机制与Aβ介导的炎性反应方面的研究予以综述。 Alzheimer's disease (AD)is the common neurodegenerative disease in the elder. Its pathological features are neurofibriUary tangle in neurocyte and neuritic plaque out neurocyte. The chro- nic inflammation resulting from accumulation of Aβ is considered to be the important factor of AD. So, the study about chronic inflammation related to Aβ is the therapeutic focus of AD. This article reviews the study about pathogenesy and inflammation mediated by Aβ of AD.
