摘要
目的:探讨三维正脊疗法对豚鼠炎性细胞和气道重塑的影响。方法:选取3月龄豚鼠30只,雌雄不拘,按体重随机分为哮喘正脊组(10例)、哮喘组(10例)、空白对照组(10例)。予1%卵蛋白雾化吸入诱发哮喘建立支气管哮喘模型,正脊组同时行三维正脊疗法。2周后处死动物,取肺组织行HE染色,光镜下观察并进行图像分析。结果:空白对照组及哮喘正脊组炎性细胞及气道重塑均不明显。而哮喘组则可见大量炎性细胞及气道壁增厚、平滑肌增生明显。结论:三维正脊疗法可减少气道黏膜中炎性细胞的浸润,抑制气道重塑。
Objective: To investigate the effects of three-timensional rectification apparatus on inflammatory cells and airway remodelbig of guines pigs. Methon: Guiaea pigs wete drvided into file treated group,the bronchial asthma group and the control, 10 pigs per group. The thodel was made and treated with thcee- dimcusional rectification apparatus and was killed after two weeks. The bronchial tissues were taken out, dyed through HE aud observed through the Optical Microscope. Results: It has no apparent changes for inflammatory cells and airway remodeling in the control group and the created group. However, the inflammatory cells and airway remodeling changed significandy in the bronchial asthma group. Conclusions: The three--dimensional rectification apparatus can reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells m mucosa and inhibit airway remodeling.
