摘要
在论述公路工程质量与效益概念的基础上,分析了提高公路工程实体质量、质量管理水平的途径及提高效益的观点,探讨了公路工程质量与效益的内在联系,对质量效益型发展道路的前景进行了展望。
Based upon introduction of the concepts of quality and benefit of highway engineering the ideas to increase the entity quality, quality management level and benefits are proposed. The relationships between engineering quality and benefits of highway works are discussed. In the end the prospect of developing quality and benefit idea in highway construction is anticipated.
