摘要
本研究选择３０例失血性休克病人，用血定安２０ｍｌ／ｋｇ输注，结果表明ＨＲ、ＭＡＰ、ＣＶＰ、ＳＰＯ２均有明显改善，血ｐＨ和血Ｋ＋、Ｎａ＋、Ｃｌ－均无明显改变，无过敏反应，对机体凝血功能无明显影响。血定安在低血容量或血液稀释中能有效的补充血容量，维持机体循环功能的稳定。由于血液稀释ＲＢＣ、Ｈｂ、Ｈｃｔ降低，应防止血液过度稀释，注意监测，必要时输入全血。
In this study,20mg/kg of gelofusine were infused in 30 patients with hemorrhagic shock.The results showed that the significant improvement were observed in all HR,MAP,CVP and SPO2.Gelofusine could replenish the blood volume and keep up the circulatory stability effectively in low blood volume or hemodilution.Because of RBC,Hb,Hct decreased after hemodilution,it is necessary to pay attention to monitor the changes and infuse blood to prevent the blood from over dilution.There were no significant changes in the concentration of K+,Na+,Cl-,and pH value,no allergy and no significant effect on coagulation.
