通过对需修复的电机转子轴的分析,制作工装。用该工装成功解决了顶尖孔被损坏的轴的修复,节约了外购资金,缩短了修理周期。用该工装修复后电机转子轴在使用过程中没出现任何质量问题,效果良好。
The need to repair the motor rotor shaft analysis, production tooling.
