摘要
提出的工业化制备铜铁复合粉烧结材料工艺技术,用烧结法(氧化还原法)制备的合金粉末,在铁粉颗粒表面均匀地包覆一层Cu膜,使Cu/Fe复合粉兼容铜基导热能力高、耐腐蚀和铁基承载能力强等2方面优点,通过SEM电镜观测及RXD能谱分析,铜粉在铁粉表面覆盖均匀。
Proposed industrialization preparation processing technology, the alloy powder which (oxidation - reduction method) prepares with the sintering process, available in production oil - retaining bearing, structural element, friction components, when makes does not have pollutes, does not produce any deleterious substance, does not bring the acidic impurity. Through the SEM electron microscope observation and the RXD power spectrum analysis, the copper powder is even in the powdered iron surface cover.
