The article introduces the relation of regulatory plan and the concept of urban design,city style and features in urban design,target controls in regulatory plan, as well as the questions which exist in the plan establishment,and it deals with urban construction＇s fast development, how to complete the city layout and put it in laws and regulations, as well as charts regulatory plan with the urban design in order to make our city more beautiful.
