摘要
在"五个统筹"的发展背景下,"金山区区域总体规划"进行了积极的探索,从城乡统筹、网络组合、持续发展等方面对规划予以解析。重点分析了城乡统筹的内涵和发展形式,提出了城乡协调发展调控区;阐述网络组合的概念和实质,以及金山区网络组合城市的形成与目标;解释可持续发展的内涵和意义,提出金山区持续发展目标,并用"基质—廊道—斑块"理论解读金山区生态网络规划。
In the background of ＂Five coordination＂, ＂The Master Planning of Jinshan Dietrict ＂ has explored positively. This paper analyzes the planning from the aspect of urban-rural coordination,net- combination,sustainable development. It focuses on the meaning and development form of urban-rural coordination,puts for-ward the urban-rural co-development con- trolled area and expatiates the concept and substance of net-combination. Then it explains the formation and target of Jinshan net-city. Finally,according to sustainable development theory,it leads us to under-stand the ecological network planning of Jinshan District in ＂surroundings-corridorspot piece＂ theory.
