摘要 中海炼化惠州炼油项目是国际上第一个集中加工海洋高含酸重质原油的炼油厂。为实现"四年一修"的长周期运行目标,惠州炼油项目在总流程优化、技术选择和设计等过程中做了大量的工作,进行了充分的准备,为其它加工高酸原油项目运行提供了经验。但由于所炼目标原油的特殊性,在项目建设和生产运行过程中,还需要做大量的工作,以确保长周期稳定运行目标的实现。 CNOOC oil & petrochemicals Huizhou refinery project was the first centralized in processing oceanic highly-acidic crude oil throughout the world. In order to realize the long-term operation objective of checking and repairing one time every four years, Huizhou refinery project team have done many works during configuration optimizing, technology selecting, which provided good information for other refinery project to process highly-acidic crude oil. For the special characteristic of highly-acidic crude oil, there were still many works to do during constructing and manufacturing in order to ensure to realize the long-term operation objective.
