摘要
在有机介质中设计和制备了一系列过渡金属掺杂的还原型VPO复合催化剂,并应用于环己烷液相亚硝化一步合成己内酰胺的反应。结果表明,己内酰胺可以直接通过一步催化过程获得。在这些还原型的VPO复合催化剂中,发现Mn-Al-VPO复合催化剂具有较好的催化效果:己内酰胺的选择性可达48.86%,环己烷的转化率为20.19%。该方法为己内酰胺的合成路线提供了一种全新的思路。
A series of transition metal-doped VPO composite catalysts were prepared by impregnating method in an organic medium, and were employed to catalyze reaction of cyclohexane with nitrosyl sulfuric acid in the presence of fuming sulphuric acid. The results show that ε-caprolactam can directly be obtained from such one-step catalytic process and the Mn-Al-VPO catalyst works the best with 20.19% of conversion and 48.86% of selectivity to ε-caprolactam among these VPO composites, which promises a potential new one-step process for making ε-caprolactam from cyclohexane.
