摘要
目的探讨双J管在上尿路疾病腔内手术中的应用效果。方法2005年9月至2007年5月,我科治疗上尿路疾病患者共104例,术后留置1～2根双J管。结果104例患者有97例置入双J管,术后留置时间为1周～2月,平均2周。有26例患者出现不同程度腰背酸痛、血尿、尿急等尿路刺激症,拔管后症状缓解。结论治疗上尿路梗阻,术后留置双J管具有操作简便、引流效果好、并发症少等优点,可以作为常规治疗手段。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of Double J stent in the trement of upper urinary obstraction. Methods From September 2005 to March 2007 , 104 cases of upper urinary disease were remained one or two Double J stent after the operation. Results Ninty-seven cases of them were remained. The mean lasting time of Double J indeweli was 2 weeks,ranged from 1 week to 2months. Twenty-six cases had a extensive degree of complication ,including lumbar pain,haemtauria and so on. The complications were released after removing the stent. Conclusion The placement of Double J after operation for urinary obstruction had a advantage of easiness,good effectiveness in draining,little complication, and shouble be applied as routive method for upper urinary disease.
