摘要
以县级图书馆发展现状为切入点,通过引入公共关系理论,认真分析当前的公共关系状态,以此来揭示县级图书馆在改善公共关系方面所存在的不足,进而结合实际提出了应如何改善公共关系的措施。
This paper tries to base on the point of the state-of-the-art of country library, though drawing into the public relation theory, analysis＇ s the state of the public relation of country library ,shows its insufficient in improving the public relation. At last, the paper raises some means on how to improve such state meshing with the present practices.
